PRODUCTION & BOTTLING
Production, Ageing & Bottling
From wine sourcing and maturation to bottling, quality control and export preparation, FSP coordinates the complete path to a finished product.
ONE COORDINATED PRODUCTION CHAIN
From source to market
Six operational stages are coordinated around one approved brief, giving each project a clear route from wine selection to an export-ready finished product.
01
Wine sourcing
Origin, appellation, varietal, style, quality level, volume and target price are aligned with the commercial brief.
02
Winemaking follow-up
Technical coordination and adjustments keep the approved wine profile consistent through preparation and production.
03
Maturation
Vat, barrel and selected oak solutions are chosen according to the desired sensory profile and positioning.
04
Bottling
Production planning, line configuration and in-process checks are coordinated for standard and selected special formats.
05
Packaging coordination
Bottles, closures, capsules, labels, cartons and finishes are checked against the approved design and line constraints.
06
Export preparation
Palletisation, export documentation and transport planning prepare the finished product for its destination market.
One coordinated production chain
A successful product depends on more than the bottling line. Origin, liquid profile, ageing, dry materials, production planning, quality control and logistics must all work together. FSP coordinates these stages around one approved brief, helping clients reduce complexity and maintain consistency.

FOUR INTEGRATED CAPABILITIES
One project, four coordinated disciplines
Each discipline can answer a specific need. Together, they form a continuous operating model designed to protect product quality, timelines and market coherence.
01 — PRODUCE
Wine sourcing and production coordination
French Spirit Production translates a commercial brief into a technically workable wine program. We identify the appropriate origin, appellation, varietal profile, style, volume and price architecture, then coordinate the partners required to secure the liquid and prepare it for production.
What this includes
- Sourcing by country, region, appellation and grape variety
- Profile definition, tasting selection and sample approval
- Volume planning, technical specifications and target-cost alignment
- Blend preparation and production scheduling
- Traceability and coordination with approved production partners
02 — MATURE
Ageing designed around the target profile
Maturation is managed as a product decision, not a decorative claim. Depending on the wine, positioning and timing, FSP coordinates temperature-controlled stainless-steel storage, traditional barrels or selected oak alternatives to build texture, aromatic complexity and consistency.
A controlled approach
- Selection of vats, barrels and oak solutions
- Ageing duration adapted to style and launch calendar
- Regular tasting and technical follow-up
- Adjustments before bottling and final sample approval
- Storage coordination and batch identification
03 — BOTTLE
Bottling, dry materials and quality control
FSP coordinates the complete bottling configuration—from the chosen bottle and closure to labels, capsules, cartons and pallet patterns. Production planning and line checks are organised around an approved specification so that liquid, packaging and finished presentation remain consistent.
From components to finished goods
- Standard bottles and selected special shapes
- Closures, capsules, labels, cartons and premium finishes
- Dry-material compatibility and line trials where required
- Analytical, sensory and packaging controls
- Palletisation and finished-goods preparation
04 — DEVELOP
Brand, packaging and market-ready development
For tailor-made and private-label projects, our team connects creative ambition with production reality. Naming, visual identity, label design and packaging choices are developed alongside sourcing, compliance and industrial constraints, reducing costly revisions late in the process.
A practical route to launch
- Concept, naming and positioning development
- Label, capsule, carton and complete packaging design
- Artwork adaptation and production-ready files
- Export-market and mandatory-information coordination
- Product photography, presentations and launch materials
INDUSTRIAL CAPABILITY
Built for repeat programs and special projects
Our production model combines industrial throughput with the flexibility required for non-standard bottles, premium dry materials and tailor-made market programs.

QUALITY CONTROL
Consistency matters
The approved sample is only the beginning. Acidity, sweetness, colour, balance and overall sensory profile must remain coherent through production. Analytical controls, technical follow-up and final-product checks help maintain the expected result from one batch to the next.
EXPORT & LOGISTICS
Prepared for the market. Ready for the world.
Finished goods are packed in sealed cartons, configured, palletised and prepared for the agreed export flow, with documentation and logistics coordinated around the destination market.
